Damn, it's hot here... But it could be worse.

Yep... It's hot here in Afghanistan.  The temperature is easily going over 100+ degrees and drinking water is not only good for losing weight, it'll keep you from Dehydration!  I'm counting down to the time I can bask in the wonderful climate of Georgia, walk in my front yard without shoes on, play with my kids and tell my wonderful wife how much I love her...  EVERYDAY.

Apologies to everyone that I've not been able to post new artwork, but I'm still working on that.  I am still creating artwork for later posting on this webpage, and I will post when I am able to!

Everyone enjoy the weather where you are.  Pray for those whose lives have been irrevocably changed by the floods, tornadoes and natural disasters lately.  If you feel giving, donate to the American Red Cross, or send yourself over there to aid those in need.  

The world still needs heroes...  Be one today.

I am a lover of pretty much anything related to comics. I've always wanted to draw the superheroes from my childhood and one day be in the credits of a Superman comic book. I enjoy being with other artists and sharing whatever knowledge I have with them. I am always willing to learn new things about this wonderful medium and thrilled to be a part of it.

I am also a member of outcaststudios.com forums. These phenomenally generous and talented people are a group of artists of all skill levels that are dedicated to the promotion of art in all mediums and genres. They have a variety of topics and challenges for all involved: A Daily Sketch Challenge which is a timed event; The Weekend Challenge--also timed for the weekend and Weekly Figure Challenges, which focuses on anatomy primarily. I have on occasion, drawn commissions based off the characters played by the wonderful players on the City of Heroes series. Well, I am back in Georgia. Baby #3 came in July and it's been non stop daddy time. Haven't really had time to devote to drawings like I want and need to. Job and family are top priorities for me, and playing games other than board games for family is about nil too, so City of Heroes is suffering too.... LOL

But I am still drawing. Just have to schedule it in.
